You'll be walked through the system as you add your team members and your schedule. Once you're familiar with everything, you can play around and make any tweaks to get it working just the way you want.
During onboarding, you'll add your team and existing data in bulk, which makes things quick and easy. Your existing rota can quickly be built into Shiftie, and by the end of the walkthrough, your schedules are ready to publish.
Shiftie works as a Progressive Web App (PWA). Your team saves it to their phone's home screen and uses it like any other app without the need to download it from an app store or take up any storage space.
Yes. Shiftie is web-based, so any device with an internet connection and an up-to-date browser can use it. Just log in at shiftie.app. There's nothing to install.

We're not sure about the last one there, but if your device has an internet connection and an up to date browser then you can use it to log in to Shiftie. You won't need to start deleting other apps to make room for it, either; Shiftie is a web-based app, which means that although you can choose to save a shortcut on your computer or phone you don't need to, and it won't take up space on your device. To access your Shiftie account you'll just need to go to https://shiftie.app and enter your login details. Easy, right?

When you first sign up you’ll be taken through the onboarding process, which will include adding your existing data and getting the system set up to work for you. By the time you’ve walked through the different sections your schedules will practically be ready to manage themselves!

Billing
For up to 30 employees, Shiftie is £2.75 per employee. Beyond 30, additional employees are £1.50 each. There's no per-feature pricing. The pricing page gives a clear calculation of the cost for your team size.
At the start of each month, you're charged for the users who were marked active on your account during the previous month. Add someone mid-month, and you pay for them from the following invoice.
Your first bill will be charged on the 1st of the month after your trial ends (provided you decide to keep using Shiftie!). We'll only charge you for any users who were marked as active on your account after your trial ended
Nope. Shiftie has no setup fee, and it’s a rolling monthly contract.
You can cancel at any time using the Cancel Account button in the billing section of your account. You keep access until the end of your current billing period, and you can undo the cancellation any time before that date.
