With Shiftie’s schedule bulk updates feature, you can easily select multiple shifts at once and apply updates across all of them in a single action. Whether you need to adjust times, tags, or notes, this feature streamlines the process, saving you valuable time and reducing the risk of errors. Keep your team on track effortlessly while maintaining a clear, accurate schedule, even when plans change at the last minute.
Include Paid Breaks in Schedule Insights
Schedule insights now include paid breaks, both in the footer and for each employee, giving you a complete view of paid hours and costs. With greater accuracy, you can budget smarter and plan with confidence.
Absences For Future Dates
Employees can now log absences in advance, not just retrospectively. Whether it’s a hospital appointment or planned recovery time, your team can easily schedule time off ahead, keeping everyone informed and your workflow up to date.
Additional Schedule View Options
Two new schedule view options make it easier to focus on the details that matter the most. Tags can now be displayed in full, shown in a condensed view, or hidden entirely to save space. You also have the option to hide location information on shifts, giving a cleaner schedule and more room for the details you really need.
Employee Pronouns
Employees can now share their pronouns, helping teams communicate with respect and confidence. By removing guesswork and misassumptions, everyone feels valued, helping create a happier and more inclusive workplace.
Schedule Shift Panel Improvements
The improved shift panels now give you even more visibility, showing details like break duration and open shift responses so you can track and manage shifts easily at a glance.

The Timesheets page now remembers your filter selections, so you can easily pick up where you left off. Whether navigating the system or switching between pay periods, you’ll stay focused on the selected employee, location or employment type, making auditing faster.
Absence Report
Auditing absences just got easier with the new absence report. Quickly view a list of employee absences across your chosen date range, with handy filters for team members, locations, or groups. Once you’ve refined the data, simply export the report to share it with your HR team in just a few clicks.
Schedule Month View
Tired of scrolling through multiple weeks to ensure the month is covered? Schedule Month View is here to help give you a wider view of your schedules. You can now view all shifts across each month and quickly make changes where needed. Time off will also be visible in the new view, and bulk actions will work across the full month, allowing you to quickly manage more shifts at once.

Ready to approve timesheet entries for payroll but don’t want to approve them individually or all in one go? You can now select the entries you want to approve and, at the click of a button, have them all approved! Similarly, approved entries can be selected and quickly unconfirmed for further editing before exporting.
Audit Timesheet Rounding Adjustments
If you need to double-check timesheet rounding adjustments before exporting for payroll, be it automatic or manual, you can view all changes in Timesheet History. Get a quick summary of all adjustments made and even view the original clocking times to ensure employees are paid correctly.
Manual Timesheet Rounding
Not a fan of automatic rounding and prefer a more manual approach? Use Shiftie’s manual rounding action to quickly update timesheets to your predefined rules and watch the magic happen right before your eyes!
Digitickets Integration Footer Improvements
Additional data is now available on the Digitickets integration schedule footer overlay. View your redemptions alongside prebooked tickets for deeper insights into scheduling requirements and schedule shifts where necessary.
Daily Time Off Events on the Schedule
Leave and unavailability events used to cover multiple days on the schedule; these have now been broken into events for each day for easier management and understanding of time used per day, allowing more awareness of shift availability.

We’ve added a new widget to the top of the mobile dashboard to ensure all employees are aware of your announcements at first glance. Additionally, the desktop Upcoming Events widget can now be interacted with to view more details of each event.
