Once you sign up you’ll be walked through the system, adding your team members and schedule as we go – once you’re familiar with everything you’ll have a chance to play around with the system, making any additional tweaks to get everything just right for you.

At the beginning of each month, you'll be charged for any users who were marked as active on your account in the previous month. Nice and simple.

Your first bill will be charged on the 1st of the month after your trial ends (provided you decide to keep using Shiftie!). We'll only charge you for any users who were marked as active on your account after your trial ended

You can indeed; our 28-day free trial allows you to create an account and fully test the system to make sure that it's the right fit for you. At the end of the trial, you'll be able to enter your billing details if you want to keep using it. Or you can cancel, but the less said about that, the better.

You just had to go there, didn't you? You can decide to cancel at any time by clicking the big red 'Cancel Account' button in the billing section of your account. You'll keep access to your account until the end of your current billing period to give you a chance to tie off any loose ends.
