The holidays are here! Time for mince pies, bad jumpers, pretending your to‑do list doesn’t exist. Luckily, we’re making sure you know exactly when our Support team is around, so we can magically fix things while you’re sipping your mulled wine.
Please find below the Christmas opening hours for our Support team.
- Christmas Eve: 08:00 - 14:00
- Christmas Day: CLOSED
- Boxing Day: Emergency Support only 08:00 - 20:00 (0333 577 6002)
- Saturday 27th - Tuesday 30th December: 08:00 - 20:00 (Normal Support hours)
- New Year's Eve: 08:00 - 14:00
- New Year's Day: Emergency Support only 08:00 - 20:00 (0333 577 6002)
