May 2025 Product Updates
Last updated: 20th May, 2025Multiple Default Leave Approvers

With the ability to choose to always notify them when a leave request is added or only notify when the employee doesn’t have a leave approver set, you have more control in auditing your employees' time off.
Team Export
Using the team export action, you can now export a list of your team members to CSV format for HR management or other external purposes. We’ve also adjusted the team header so it’s easier to find the actions you’re looking for.
DigiTickets Report Panel

View more detailed DigiTickets data on your schedules with historical comparisons and data visualisations. This integration enhancement lets you compare ticket sales and redemptions with similar times in the previous week or year, so you can confidently plan your schedules and make more informed budgeting decisions.
Irregular Days Off
Fixed work patterns aren’t always perfect for every employee, especially if they have an irregular working schedule. With Shiftie, you can now override employee work patterns and adjust their days off. These irregular days off will count towards the employee’s leave allowance usage and even show in the Timesheets area.
Job Role Ordering for the Schedule
Job role ordering adds additional structure to your online schedule and printed copies, ensuring everything is easily accessible and in the right place. No more time spent scrolling through the schedule trying to find employees; instead, they’re right where you’re expecting, ready to assign shifts.
Team Sort Options
Struggling to find the employee you need to manage in the team list? With additional team sorting options, you can now choose how the list is sorted, so it’s quicker to find the employee and update their details. Top tip: Use the bulk actions to make team updates much quicker!
